• Signatures: your digital signature on Work Authorizations.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe and/or Cash App — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Reviews: name and content you submit on the reviews page.

2. How We Use It

• To schedule, perform, and follow up on services you request.
• To send appointment confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
• To keep a signed record of authorizations for legal protection.
• To respond to your messages.
• To display approved reviews on our site.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.

4. Service Providers We Use

• Supabase — secure database hosting for bookings, authorizations, photos.
• Stripe — card payment processing.
• Cash App — peer-to-peer payments when you choose that option.
• Email/hosting providers — to deliver messages and serve the website.

Each handles your data under their own privacy policies.

5. SMS & Phone

If you give us your phone number, we may text or call you about your appointment, quote, payment, or follow-up. Standard message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from us.

6. Data Retention

Booking and authorization records are retained for at least 7 years for tax and liability reasons. You can request a copy of your record or its deletion at any time, subject to legal holds.

7. Security

We use industry-standard providers with encryption in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by New Jersey law.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
